How do I personalize my item?

Simply type the information that you would like to appear on the gift in the personalization fields provided. It is very important that you double check all spellings and font you like as we will create exactly what you enter. Please know, our site will NOT give you a live preview of your personalization.

Can I use special characters?

We strongly suggest that you don't. While some of our fonts work with special characters, many do not and we will delete any character that does not properly show up.

Can I ship to multiple places?

Our system only allows for one ship-to address. If you are ordering multiple items and they each go to someone else, you will need to place separate orders for each address you are shipping to.

How long does it take to make my order?

Production takes 1-2 business days to personalize (Monday - Friday). Most of the time orders ship the day after they are placed!

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order as it moves into the production process immediately in order to be able to ship out within our window of 1-2 days for production.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, email us within 14 days of receipt for a prompt exchange for the same item. Include in the email your name, order number and images of the item/defect itself for us to take a look at. In very rare instances we may request that the items be sent back to us for inspection due to the defects and you can simply mail it back through the post office.

There's a mistake on my personalization

Everyone makes mistakes (including us!), so, please take special care to double check your order and the personalization you've entered including all spelling, names, dates, etc. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer a 20% discount on the replacement. Just email us to get that process started. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your item at no cost to you.We simply copy and paste the information you enter in the personalization onto the software. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the order to be sure all words are spelled correctly. Remember Yully Doll does not fix any spelling errors.

How can I enter my promotion code once I have submitted my order?

Promotional codes can only be used at the time of ordering and cannot be used on orders that are already submitted.

Can I return my order?

Personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.
